Our warehouse is open Monday to Thursday 7.30am to 3.30pm and 7.30am – 1pm Fridays (excluding Public Holidays).
Our service desk is open Monday to Thursday from 7.30am to 4.30pm and 7.30am – 3pm Fridays (excluding Public Holidays).
Please note that as the warehouse closes at 3.30pm, not all products will be available for collection after that time. Our staff can still process an order for you and these items can be collected during normal warehouse hours.

We carry stock of over 4000 parts so the most common answer to that question is yes! We also manufacture axles onsite with a fast turnaround so you never need to wait long for assembled parts.
Orders for stock items available to buy ‘off the shelf’ can generally be ready for pickup within 1-2 hours or dispatched the same day. Manufactured items typically have a lead time of 1-2 days. Lead times are subject to change during busy periods.

We expect all nationwide deliveries to be completed within 5 business days from the day it leaves our warehouse. Please allow extra time if you live in a rural or remote location that is not serviced regularly by the major delivery companies. As soon as your order is dispatched we will send you tracking information for your order.
Shipping costs are calculated by size, weight and delivery location. Please feel free to contact us with the details of your order and we will work out a shipping cost for you.
If the part is in a condition that allows for resale as new, most items can be exchanged. We do not accept exchanges for custom made items (for example, an assembled axle). If you would like to exchange an item please contact us as soon as possible by phone 02 4353 2224 or email sales@astss.com.au.

All claims for credit for damaged, defective, short delivered goods or goods to be returned must be notified to All States Trailers Spares within 7 business days from the date of delivery. Please understand that most faults are caused by misuse like overloading trailers, so we may ask for more information to be able to fix, repair or verify the issue. We will however work will you to solve the problem.
Our trailers are manufactured on site at our warehouses in Wyong, NSW and Yatala and Luscombe QLD with the axles using K1045 high carbon, high chromium steel making them exceptionally tough and durable. We have a range of options available including box, tipper and agricultural trailers. Choose the size (7×4, 8×5, 10×5, 10×6), braking system (lazy, electric, mechanical, hydraulic) and towing capacity to suit your needs and we’ll do the rest. We build all the running gear underneath our standard trailer range so that All States Trailer Spares’ legendary quality is guaranteed. Our trailers are available with single, drop/overlay and tandem axles.
When built trailers are in stock, they are available to be picked up generally within 1-2 hours. Manufacture of trailers that are not currently stocked typically have a lead time of 4-5 days. Lead times are subject to change during busy periods.
The coupling and weight rating of the trailer being towed will determine the type of tow bar required. You will need to specify the towing capacity of the tow vehicle, the carrying capacity of the trailer and the coupling type for us to advise which towbar is most suitable.
Before setting up your trailer, you will need to know the towing capacity of your vehicle. These are set by the vehicle manufacturer. Information on towing capacity is listed in the owner’s manual. The loaded mass of your trailer must not exceed any of the following:
ATM stands for aggregate trailer mass which is the combined weight of the trailer with its full load when not coupled with a tow vehicle. GTM stands for Gross Trailer Mass and is the weight that a fully loaded trailer imposes on its axle(s) when it is coupled to a towing vehicle. All trailers with GTM exceeding 750kg must have brakes.
